Shipping policy

All our shipping options are calculated per product or by overall size and weight in your shopping cart and location within NZ. Extra charges will apply for rural delivery. Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Alternatively, we may contact you to make other delivery arrangements.

Pricing

Shipping costs start from $6.50 within Auckland ($10.70 rural), $12.20 within the North Island ($16.50 rural) and $12.00 within the South Island ($15.90 rural). Please note that bulky or heavy items may incur extra charges.

Timeframes

Once your order has been placed, we aim to deliver it to you within 3-5 working days for most parts of the country. Delivery to rural addresses and the lower South Island can take up to 10 days.
